Nice campground. Surrounded by mountains and right on the Green River. Quiet and lots of shade in some of the campsites C80 was perfect, shade and just a short walk to the river.
The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Nice campground, in the summer book spots near trees.

I didn’t stay here. I arrived and observed the campsite. It was dismally small with absolutely no shade, and it was 96°. I could not find a common area with shade in the campground, so I left and got a hotel room.

It was 107 degrees when we arrived. The night was unbearable. We left the next day. It would be unfortunate if we were charged cancellation fees. The next morning we did visit the visitor center and this was exceptional. Too hot to hike. .

First, the Park Rangers were very positive people, engaging with us. The campsite that we reserved was exactly as pictured, and the campground wonderful. The toilets were within a short walk, and tidy as well. One of the Park Rangers gave a great talk on the 17 species of bats at Dinosaur too. Such a beautiful setting on the banks of the Green River, plus the night sky was a wonder.

It was very hot and the site was in full sun, so we skipped camping and got an air-conditioned hotel room for the night.

Very clean and well kept campsite. Don’t forget to checkout the classes put on by the rangers.

Plenty of room in the site for a large tent. A site by the river would have been more scenic and the restrooms didn’t have lights at night.

This is such a lovely, private little park. The restrooms are well-kept (and flush!) We loved being able to wade in the creek in the evening.

We bring our kids here every year before school starts. We love how clean and safe it is at Green River campground. It’s a family favorite.
