What Guests Are Saying
Lost Creek Campground is praised for its beautiful surroundings, clean facilities, and excellent camp hosts. Visitors enjoy great fishing, easy access to nearby lakes, and a peaceful atmosphere with ample privacy. However, some have noted issues with the glamping tents, generator noise, and occasional trash overflow, which may detract from the experience.

Beautiful campsite! Lots of wild flowers. The kids had a great time. The bathrooms were I bit smelly though.

Enjoyed the camp ground. We were tent camping and the pads were good. No running water at the site and vaulted toilets so it is primitive camping so be prepared. Nice shade for my hammock.

Very beautiful campsite! There is a small meadow next door that is full of wildflowers in June. We love that Lost Creek is so close to the lake. Be aware, this campsite requires crossing a small creek to get from the car to the site, which is challenging with small children, heavy coolers, etc.

Lots of noise from RV annoying as a tent camper

The sites were well maintained and nicely spaced, you didn’t feel too close to your neighbors. The camp hosts were exceptional! They cleaned the restrooms every morning and strictly enforced quiet hours and having folks turn off generators.

Honestly besides the insane mosquitos attacking nonstop, this spot was perfect. #8 is private and backs up nicely to a little trail to the lake, and had a lovely fire pit with logs to sit on. The pull through made parking my trailer easy! Camp host was really nice and the toilets were clean.

There was no water and also no path to the fire pit and table from the trailer spot so we had to walk through the marsh. Other than that it was great.

Lost Creek (or as the signs now say Lost Lake) is a wonderful campground, and one of the few in the High Uintas with potable water (a huge plus). The hosts this summer are really attentive, friendly, and thorough.
We stayed in site 25. It’s a bit of a strange site because of how close it is to the site next to it. Ideally these two sites would be reserved together. That’s what I would aim for in the future anyway.
