We had a great stay & are looking forward to returning to this campground.
We stayed on the Malibu side MAL10, this spot is right on the river & had easy river access. It was nice to have camp hosts; They were very friendly. The restroom near us was always clean, but someone left the door slightly ajar at night and the light attracted lots of moths. The campground is very convenient to Logan, but there is quite a bit of traffic during the day (it dies down at night). Some campsites are right up against the highway so they were probably noisier. We noticed the restrooms on the Guinavah side had some issues (women's side closed in one & men's closed in the other).
The recreation.gov campground map is not accurate as far as restroom & water placement goes. I saw 3 restrooms, one in Malibu & two on the Guinavah side (possibly the GUIN 1 loop & Bridge loop). We heard that electric & water hookups may be coming to the Malibu side of the campground in the future.

Had a wonderful tine here. Very clean flush toilets. Had a nice site right next to the Logan river. Also water hookups.

We love staying at Guinevah Malibu. It has become our little resort getaway. The camp hosts are friendly, and the premises are well maintained. Most campsites are spacious. Bear Lake is a reasonable drive away. Can’t wait to return!

Had the best time camping here at Guinavah. The sound of the water rushing next to the site helps to drown out the sound of the highway just on the other side of it. But the scenery was perfect. Couldn’t have had a better time !

Campsite was great! We ended up arriving much later than initially expected but the campsite was easy to access even coming in through the Crimson trail.

Camping host was very helpful Raelyn and Bob was very kind to assist us with getting are big trailer into are camp signs. We was never informed that walk up's was not going to be and the whole Camping grounds was now reserved. we had only one choice when we made are reservations and it was before covid. got no emails saying that they was changing and we usually move to walk up's when we get there.
Very grateful for them and their kindness. Thank you

The weeds around the campsite or not trimmed back hiding a large rock at the entrance to the campground. I ended up hitting this rock with both my truck and trailer. Suggest that rock be moved just a couple feet further into the campsite away from the road making a more straight shot approach to the campsite. At a minimum the weeds and grass should be trimmed down and a marker placed around that rock

Guinavah is a very scenic camping area but the price increases each year and the facilities are not maintained anywhere near other state campgrounds. Some campsites are overgrown with weeds, fire pits are in bad shape, restrooms need upgrading and overall needs improving to compare with other state campgrounds that are much nicer and less price.
