Lucerne Campground

We and are friends all really enjoyed the four nights we spent camping at this camp ground. We stayed in the D ring and were very pleased with the quality of the upgrades to each site. The location to the water was outstanding and the camp employees were all very nice. It was a very clean location and we highly recommend visiting this location for a stay.

Camp host very helpful. Walking distance to marina where we had booked a very fun sightseeing tour of Flaming Gorge with Captain Monty.

My only concern is when we got there the check in office was closed for lunch. If we had not been traveling with someone who was familiar with the process of filling up our own fresh water tanks we may have already been in our site before we figured it out. I was also a little disappointed that our camping fees did not include dumping. I thought it was a little excessive to charge us extra for that service.
I loved our site and would stay again if we found ourself in the area.

During a water shortage year I would think the sinks would not be steady dripping for all 4 days we were their maintenance could be better they know the pressure they get every year should plan better

Friendly staff. Awesome location. Marina and store next door. We had hook up sites but it is only electrical. Make sure you fill your fresh tanks before setting up! We filled our fresh tank at the dump station. Water in the camp ground loops do not have threads to connect your hose.

Tried to pump out to leave only to find out that I needed a token. The camp host office said open but no one was there. I went to every single camp host trailer and knocked and no one would answer their door or help. I heard people in the trailers too and no one would help. I tried for over an hour and knocked on over 5 trailers.

We love camping at Lucerne campground! Great location for family fun.

nice campground, just curious why there was not a camp wind break around picnic table on a few spots in loop B
