What Guests Are Saying
Lucerne Campground is praised for its beautiful location, clean facilities, and friendly staff, with many visitors enjoying the scenic views and proximity to the marina. However, recent reviews indicate a decline in maintenance, with issues such as unclean restrooms, lack of staff presence, and inadequate signage for campsite setups. Despite these drawbacks, many long-time campers remain fond of the area and appreciate the natural beauty and spaciousness of the campground.

Our site was above a bank leading to the lake. We were able to bring our kayaks down to the lake from our campsite! It was wonderful. We also had beautiful views of the lake and the sunsets (which were incredible). The bathrooms/showers were acceptable, but just barely. To us, though, the location of our campsite made up for any inadequacies in the other facilities. Lucerne is also a great jumping off point for exploration of other parts of the lake, the geologic drive, and other gorgeous places to see and visit.

Overall the experience was good but didn't know we needed to empty our own garbage and upon check out no one was to be found for over 30 minutes.

Sites are roomy, level and concrete pads. No sewer and bathroom facilities just fair. Somewhat remote.

This is definitely a camper style campground. We traveled with tents but not very many great places to put them. The campground is very nice right on the marina

We have been staying at this location for many years and have never been treated so poorly. the Staff was rude and accused my of lying. I WILL NOT recommend staying at this facility to anyone that I know as long as the same staff is on site.
