The corrals were awful. We weren’t able to stay because the promised corrals were not usable. They were old logs that were not well placed, that any horse would break if pressure put on it. We had 6 horses and weren’t able to stay. We ended up going back to Courthouse Rock for 1/4 of the price and ten times better corrals. We were highly disappointed in the facilities, especially after the price paid!!!

I've come to Lone Mesa for a fall group camp for the past 10 years. Our favorite part of staying here is the easy access to so much of what the Moab area offers. You can access Navajo Rocks trails right from the campground to mountain bike or hike. Short drive to Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, and Arches. Close to jeep and ATV trails.

Nice group site. Good views. Pretty exposed though and not much happening up here. Quiet though.

Good spot with good views. Bathrooms are maintained and the dumpster is great so you don’t have to haul out trash. Only complaint is price. Posted sign shows 1 night stays at $50 per night, and we paid much more than that by booking with recreation.gov. Kinda disappointing

Excellent site! Tent campers should be aware that this campground is designed and primarily used by camp trailers and motor homes. If you are looking for a more remote or primitive camping experience, definitely look at a different campground that does not allow camp trailers or motorhomes.

Great space, close to everything, beautiful views. We brought a group of scouts here and they had a blast exploring the nearby mesa
