We had a great time in this beautiful area! Our campsite on the tree A loop (019) didn’t have a completely flat spot for our tent so we had to set up on a slight slope. But other than that, everything was perfect!

What I like about Granit Flat campground is that each campsite feels isolated. The way it is designed, there are many campsites but it feels like you're in the wilderness with few other campers around you. I also like the ease with which we can either back in or pull through our travel trailer. We drop the trailer and in ten minutes we're at Tibble Fork Res. fishing! Great place!

WE took a youth group up and stayed in the Hand Shaker site. It was perfect! Large enough for our group but not crowded at all. Plenty of tent sites. The surroundings were clean and beautiful and the kids had a blast! I would go back over and over if I could!
