We had a great time camping at Little Mill. We were happy to discover that they even had firewood available to purchase.

Beautiful campgrounds. Took a wonderful walk with our four children and puppy along the river, explored the sliding rock, and loved hearing the water rushing by. We did get some rain (and even a bit of frost) on one of the nights, but with our rain fly on the tent we were fine. Already booked a second visit to this campsite.

This is a beautiful campground. The hosts were great. There's a nice little trail at the end of the campground that's great for kids or anyone with mobility issues to walk along the river. The only complaint we had was that there was road construction being done right by the campground currently, so we woke up to the smell of asphalt and a lot of noise.

First of all, trying to reserve a camp space on the website is a project on it's own. The website is misleading, misdirecting and really difficult to manage, especially if you are looking at multiple locations.
As for the camp site, everything was cleaned and well managed, which is appreciated. But the sites had no privacy between them, which is not what the pictures on the website reflected and the sites were just off the road and it turns out, that highway is incredibly loud, even at 2am. We left after the first night.

The host in 2019 were not very nice. My husband and I personally heard the camp host being rude to numerous campers. One gentleman got out of his truck, went to the other side and let his dog out of the truck. The camp host immediately yelled out to him he better tie that dog up or else. We could not believe the host and his rude tone- for one thing the gentle man had only just pulled up and was being abused by your host instantly. The man put the dog back in the truck and left. The second experience was just as bad- your host with a gentleman riding along with him was yelling at some campers. They were further away so I could not hear what they were yelling about but again the tone was awful. My husband and I both thought those two guys are acting like a couple of dunkin idiots. At that point we left and said we are moving on to a different campsite this one is no longer our favorite. During 2018 we absolutely loved Little Mill and could not wait to return each and every time.
