This venue was great!!! Kim the campground manager was so helpful with our large group. This venue is GORGEOUS, well kept, and quiet. We have booked here a few times now and highly recommend it!

Great picnic area, kind host, very clean. You canโt touch the water because itโs our drinking water - know that in advance and you wonโt be disappointed :)
Favorite area for beginner climbers!

I made a reservation only to find out sit was not accessible even though it was advertised. There were 12 steps to the site. I received no refund when I had to reserve another accessible site. Yout mistake, not mine. Sites need to be reviewed for accessible description.

Iโm hoping to come off as reasonable as possible. I wanted to grill some corn, have a quick elote bbq for my bday under 3 hours and leave. Although friendly somewhat staff thereโs some serious problems with the rules here. And we ended up spending $140 for the spot for a pretty quick bbq. First off anyone in a knee scooter should be allowed to park for free, itโs not a reasonable ada expectation to have them park on a busy canyon road, safely scoot all the way down to the spot, second, denying indigenous people FREE access is against the treaty we made when we took all their land. They have free access to all public land, second of all, telling someone who LIVES in their van with 2 dogs that they cant park is messed up. We get itโs a water shed, Iโve worked in this canyon most my life, but what are they suppose to do? Leave their dogs at home? No they just lost their home, and now they canโt even attend a bbq. Also cash only? Who has cash after Covid? Thereโs still service here, Iโm pretty sure theyโre pocketing it, and thereโs TONS of open spots. Can I charge them for every random that came by and asked for a piece of corn? Iโve seen dogs swim in silver lake without tickets, heck, thereโs a public review on HERE of some dude soaking above the dam in his tighty undies! A whole video. Iโm sure heโs dirtier than 2 dogs Sitting in their A/C van.
Super disappointed we couldnt just enjoy some sun and some corn without it being a huge ordeal. Utah sucks now. Honestly. Plenty of reviews agree with me. -signed an Utah native.

Lovely area, kids had a lot of fun running around and gathering firewood! It was bad weather and raining but we still had fun

Campsite was in fairly good shape overall. We did have to move some random poles (probably for the chain link fence) from the area. Good space and accommodated our guests. Pricing is still much steeper than it should be.

We had a department BBQ here for about 70 people. I booked Group Sites 2 and 3 for the space but everyone just cozied up together in one anyway. I liked that there is a great area with horseshoe pits and room for a couple of cornhole games. It was clean and such a great space for us.

Donโt go this place if you are planning the camping with kid(s). The lady ranger will kick you out from site if she observes kids touching the water. You will not enjoy your time as rangers will be monitoring regularly.
