This was an awesome place to camp. If you plan on doing activities in Zion the night after sleeping, I suggest booking the site for the next day as well. It is VERY busy in Zion, and you'll have to find parking far away and then shuttle back if you don't plan on staying in the campground. Also, if you can't find a site, get on the waitlist. A lot of people cancel, and new sites pop up all the time.

Great National Park. The campsite was really nice. The campground was dull, but it did not feel crowded; it felt like we all had space. My wife loved that the restrooms have running water! We were there for spring break so the park itself was very crowded. Would love to go back when there are less crowds. Shuttle buses were great for getting around the park. Will definitely take bikes or rent bikes next time. It got windy at night, but it was manageable. Will definitely go back again.

We had an amazing experience at Watchman. We actually ended up staying at two campgrounds - B39, which is a drive up that had electrical hook-up and a tent walk-up site. Both were great!! The bathroom facilities were basic but fine and the dish-washing sink was great to have. The location is ideal, right by the visitor center and there's a great trail that leads to the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, so if you're biking or walking you can get there without road traffic. We brought our bikes and were so thankful we did, as the shuttles ended up being SUPER crowded at times, and we liked the freedom of bopping around on our own with the bikes. Springdale is a cute town that borders the campsite and Zion NP, and it was nice to explore that too. Also, it was so nice to be at the campground and have your own parking place, because you'll see the fight for a parking spot at the visitor center close by. Everyone at the campsite were respectful about the quiet hours, and it was amazing to sit outside and watch the stars rise by the campfire. Our walk-in site did not have a personal campfire, but we joined the communal one for a bit and had a nice chat with some other campers there.

This is a nice campground with easy access to the bus station at the visitor center. This site is at the edge of the campground. One night the group in the group site loop E decided to sing until about 930 pm keeping up most of the campground otherwise the campground was quiet. did have Verizon cell service at the campground. The bathrooms were well maintained.
There is a great trail to Watchman overlook from the campground. It climbs up the hill behind the campground for great views.

Campground was wonderful but the crowds were not!!! Had planned to do all 5 Parks but cancelled due to too many people - I don’t want to
Wait in Disney World lines at a National Park - will reschedule some time in the winter months
