We came during the "off season" and it was really nice! Campsite wasn't too busy and it seemed clean and well maintained.

Beautiful campground with a great hike that starts at the visitor center. Spots are spread out enough. Deer frequented the area. Highly recommend for kids. Be aware the loops A and B don’t allow generators. There is a great little shop that sells ice cream and pies among other things. We will definitely be back!

Great campsite! We had a little confusion with having two sites reserved -- turns out the sites have to be listed under separate names even if reserved on the same account -- but the camp host was super helpful in getting that worked out. The space was great, and it was awesome to have running water!

This was one of the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever been to. The friendly, local deer welcomed us when we got there and were there to make sure all of our needs were met. The scenery was breathtaking and the kids had so much fun just playing outside. The only complaint was that the bathrooms were closed, so it was a bit of a trek to Loop A to use the facilities.

Clean campground, friendly staff, amazing views, and cool history. Not much more you can ask for in a National Park!

Had a wonderful night's stay at Fruita. Enjoyed the deer pasturing in the fields at sunset and the pie and cinnamon buns at the Fruita Store!

We couldn't be happier with a campground. It was perfect! The campground was extremely well maintained, and the campground host were very kind and always available to help. Fruita Campground is a beautiful, unique and an amazing place. Hats off to the National Park Service, the campground host and the workers at the store who all work so hard.

Everything we needed...nothing we didn't. I loved the "No Generators" policy on RVs. I always hate it when I'm trying to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and all I can hear is a 2-stroke motor running.
