We were very pleased with our campsite...not so pleased with the constant noise from the highway, but we will return anyway.

We stayed at Lodgepole at Heber campground in July. It is a beautiful campground, and our host, Wendy, was terrific! She is always helpful and goes the extra mile whenever people need help. She's always working around the campground to keep it groomed and clean in between parties. Best host we've seen in awhile. It was a great experience.
BUT, the continued absence of WATER in the campground is ridiculous! This is the third year you haven't got the tank fixed and made water available. People are still charged the full fee even though there's no water. Time to get it fixed!!!

Nice campground. Host was nice but no septic dump available because of the water issue. You have to drive several miles and pay for a dump your RV or trailer nothing noted on the website this has been the case for a couple years. Traffic from the local highway with trucks using their motor brakes (Jake break) all night was awful. Good news is the campsite were very clean and great mobile service. Bathrooms are outhouses due to COVID.

No water caused a 2 star deduction, we love camping at Lodgepole, just wish the water problem was fixed.

Just wondering when the water and restrooms will be available again. We have been told multiple stories, but just want the water back. The dump station was a plus as well. We are paying the same amount of money but not getting any of the perks!

This is the third year in a row that they have not had any water at the campground, when it was promised last year that the water would be working this year….The cost of the site rental was way over priced for only having a parking pad and a table. The one bright spot was the camp host Wendy...she was amazing.

Our family loves camping at LodgePole. We usually stay in Loop A, this time we mixed it up. Wendy, the campground host was very helpful getting us in a spot to accommodate our trailers as the web site has the incorrect length. Wendy went above and beyond to make things right for everyone. She checked back a few times to make sure all was good.
Thanks Wendy! Customer Service is still alive.
