No hookups. Marginal bathrooms. Campsites are marginal; many campsites are simply several campers parked in a field. The adjacent rivers are really streams that do not provide any water activities (unable to kayak, paddleboard, canoe, swim, etc).

A very peaceful campground with large campsites. Easy to get to, very scenic with the river running through. Clean bathrooms. Only downside is little to no cell reception to make a call if there was an emergency.
Excellent place if you want a laid back quiet camping experience. Close to several area attractions and good restaurants.

Amazing staff to help with any of your needs. Beautiful camping , has not changed since the late 70's. Put up your tent or level your RV, sit back and enjoy life.

This was our second time at Winhall Brook and we love this place! Check-in was easy and the camp hosts were friendly and efficient. We stayed in site S18, which was quite large and level so setup was quick and easy. The lack of cell phone service (T-Mobile), internet, and TV sgnal made for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The river provided a nice opportunity to cool off on a very hot day without having to leave the campground.
We highly recommend the hike from Ball Mountain Dam to Hamilton Falls (4.2 miles round trip), which was beautiful! You can hike all the way from the campground to the falls, but it's close to 7 miles each way.

Bathrooms need renovation. Descriptions of campsite lengths inaccurate. I have a 21β RV which fit well in Site S28 listed as 20β max and poorly in Site S10 listed as longer.
