Quiet and spacious campsites and well maintained bathhouses. The campground feels isolated

4th time here. This year we had a group with 6 sites. Everyone loved how large the sites are. Some were all grass. 1 had the lean-to which was great for the rain. Location is perfect. Hiked to the waterfall, floated in the river and went to a nearby lake for paddle boarding. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the river is wonderful. Staff keeps bathrooms well stocked and clean. Wish there was more then 1 shower each but never had to wait long. The fact that you can have hot water is a luxury. Wash area is very useful. Drinking water is good. You see parks dept driving by, patrolling the area I guess, which is good for those who are nervous about being out of the city. We always had a relaxed feeling, no one on top of each other.

Well maintained and with a lot of amenities. Gorgeous lawns, plenty of things to do. The host is a very nice and welcoming lady!
Wish there was a bit more separation between the adjacent campsites but we still very much enjoyed our weekend here. Will likely come back!
