We absolutely loved the campground! It was clean and so many outdoor activities to do! Hiking trails, the river, playground, and nearby sight seeing!

I've been going to Winhall for thirty years with both my family and groups of friends. You can't beat the proximity to both Winhall Brook and the West River. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful. Highly recommend anybody looking for a nice place to camp to give Winhall a try.

Clean and well maintained campground. Lots of space. Showers and restrooms very clean. Friendly and helpful hosts. Fire pit was perfect for cooking.

We have been camping here for over 10 years. We love the area, the clean bathrooms and the quiet beauty of nature. We enjoyed a refreshing dip in the WinHall river by the bridge. The west River trail to the bird watching station is a pleasant walk to view wildlife. We saw Pileated woodpeckers even morning and numerous hawks. This year the number of dog owners not being responsible enough to keep their dogs on a leash made us uncomfortable at times. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a nice grocery store in Londonderry for supplies.

I usually stay there in October and use it a a base for bird hunting central VT. This was my first visit during the busy summer weeks. I had my 7 year old granddaughter and she had a great time. Lots of families, kids and dogs but all respectful. Winhall is a class act.

Very sunny spot, no cell service for us with a tracfone svc. If you camp in the summer, this spot is very HOT due to direct sun. Plan on using your awning a lot. Park with awning towards the woods. Short walk to river and swimming, floating. Water level was low during our stay. Very close to showers. WiFI connection available at station.

Our favorite camping experience! We have been coming to Winhall brook for 42 years. We love the green mountains, and the green grass at Winhall. Bathrooms are well taken care of, and this year was exceptionally clean. Our favorite swimming place, under the bridge was perfect, a rain storm filled up the river and we tubed down three times. Our younger kids were save as they have fun creating tube runs. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We appreciate the Wi-Fi and the ranger station, and even had a package deliver from Amazon! Thank you rangers for your help, and patrolling the campground

It is fantastic. It is nice to see the children having a grand time. Much concern, though with driving, even very slowly, with all the children on bikes and other vehicles with wheels. The rangers, hosts etc. are the best.

I would give it 5 stars if it had hookups. I stayed an extra week because it was so beautiful!
