We love Goose Point. We start trying to book 6 months in advance and would love to stay down below but it is already booked each time we try.

Had a wonderful stay at Goose Point Campground. We did have a problem with our 50amp power not working when we arrived, but the park ranger Jason went out of his way to try to help us find a solution. We appreciate the excellent customer service! The campsite itself was flat and clean and private. The bathrooms were kept clean as well. The showers could be better designed as water did not drain properly and flooded the floors, but convenient to have after a day at the lake. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Thanks again to the amazing park rangers!!

For the view you have, I think this is the best spot we have had here. The PAD is a little narrow but there is a wider open spot just below. Our only problem was some guy trying to fish thinking our camp spot was open to anyone. But is was funny watching him. Might have been his first time ever fishing.

We had a good time even though it rained most of the time we were there. The rain forecast kept people away and it was very quiet and peaceful. Other than the motor boats on the lake.
