Policies & Rules

Vehicles & parking

  • Vehicles must be well-maintained and clean.
  • RVs need to be self-driven or have a tow vehicle present.
  • All vehicles must only be used on roads and cannot be parked on grass.
  • Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.

Utilities

  • RVs and trailers should have a surge protector; damage from lack of one is not the campground's responsibility.

Site capacity

  • Each site allows one RV and one tow vehicle; extra vehicles incur charges.

Safety & rules

  • Campers use campground facilities at their own risk.
  • The person who reserved the site is responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
  • The campground is not liable for any damages to personal property.
  • Guests should be considerate towards each other.
  • Children should always be supervised and must be back at their campsite by 10 PM.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Trash should not be disposed of in firepits and must go in dumpsters; boxes should be flattened.
  • Drunkenness and drug use are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in a considerate manner using a cup or koozie.
  • The campground prohibits certain activities and items.
  • Overnight outside lighting is prohibited.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.
  • Washing vehicles is not permitted.
  • Performing oil changes and mechanical work is prohibited.
  • Dumping liquids on the ground or in dumpsters is prohibited.
  • Only household garbage should be placed in dumpsters.
  • The campground has rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Violating any rules may lead to immediate expulsion without refund.
  • Reservations for over 14 days should be arranged by phone.

Fires & fuel

  • Campfires can only be in designated firepits and must be put out before leaving.

Local regulations

  • Construction areas are not accessible to guests.
  • The farmhouse is restricted to renters and their guests only.
  • Building permanent structures or connections is not allowed.
  • Subleasing sites is not permitted.
  • Monthly reservations do not grant residency; mail must be arranged separately.
  • Campers are guests only; violations may result in eviction.

  • Generators, tents, and campers without full hookups are not allowed.

Pets

  • Pets should be kept at your campsite or on a leash.
  • Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
  • Guests are liable for any damages or incidents caused by their pets.
  • Aggressive pets are not allowed and may lead to eviction.
  • Dogs must be under control at all times; failure to do so may result in eviction.
  • Pit bulls are prohibited; other breeds may also have restrictions.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Do not leave food or garbage out unattended to avoid attracting bears.

Fees & deposits

  • Monthly rentals need a credit card on file, charged 10 days before the month starts.
  • Reservations over 60 days in advance can require a 25% deposit.
  • A credit card must be kept on file and charged 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations with over 10 days notice receive a 75% refund and 25% camping credit.
