This place was really quiet and clean. Only issue was the lower bath house didn’t have any hot water.

love this Campground ... electric sites aren't as close to the water & ramp as at Goosepoint, but is on a quieter part of the water, which is great for paddleboarding

Sites are well shaded. While the campground is fairly large, most are tent sites. Very dark and quiet at night. Bathhouses were clean and convenient. Sites and grounds are well maintained. Spotty cell phone service with Mint Mobile. Out in the middle of nowhere, which was great for us.

Peaceful, relaxing, park attendants are superior, clear facilities, immaculate grounds. My favorite park in VA. The morning lake reflections of the woods are spectacular while dnjoying the coffee and sun rise.

These sites are very spacious leaving plenty of room for campers and tents. The bathrooms have the showers included which is very convenient. The park attendants are very helpful and extremely nice. Overall the grounds are quiet and campers seem friendly as well. The only thing I would change is the showers as they rarely stay hot and the pressure is somewhat high.

THIS IS A GREAT CAMPGROUND! WE WERE ABLE TO GO ON A PICNIC BY THE BEACH! THE SITES WERE NOT TOO CLOSE TOGETHER AND VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR A MEDIUM SIZED CITY! WE HAD GOOD CELL PHONE COVERAGE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT WE CAN RECYCLE OUR CANS. THE HANDICAP SHOWER WAS VERY NICE, BUT WE NEED MORE FAMILY SHOWERS PLEASE! I AM UNABLE TO SHOWER ALONE, SO WE HAVE TO SNEAK ME IN THE MEN'S SHOWER AREA. SO FAR EVERYONE HAS BEEN GRACIOUS ABOUT IT, BUT A FAMILY SHOWER WILL ALLEVIATE THAT FOR THOSE OF US WITH DISABILITIES
