The cabin is a fair value for the price. It has a wonderful view that could be greatly improved with the removal of the tree in front of the porch. Also a nice fireplace, close to many attractions, and has abundant wildlife. We enjoyed Grayson Highlands State Park and the wild horses along with the New River bike trail. It's rustic and not for everyone but we enjoyed it.
