The campsite exceeded my expectations! My husband and I paid extra for the double site of 41 and 42 because we like the privacy and it was definitely worth the price! The site was large, clean, and well cared for. Our dog loved playing in the creek! The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and it was great having a hot shower! The camp host was super nice and friendly! We will definitely be back and have recommended it to everyone we know!

We were very pleased with this beautiful campground. It is tucked deep into the mountains with plenty of beautiful scenery and plenty of privacy between campsites. Great place for families! Nice and quiet-just the way we like it! The clean bath houses with hot showers was a bonus. It is patrolled regularly to maintain the safety of the guests. Even though it is remote, there is easy access from the state roads. We will definitely return this summer. I suspect the Fall will be breathtaking.

host were fantastic. We had big rainstorm and they checked on people. They did not have my changed reservation so had to go back out of campground around 20 minutes to bring up on my phone. I think the campground should have one of the portable ice machines they can fill up with bags and people purchase ice. Not sure why bathhouse was closed at lake. We did go on a rainy weekend(grand sons 16th birthday) The host were great!!!

The bathrooms at canp were very clean we were a little upset that the bathrooms by the lake weren't open because it was a long walk with lots of little kids to the other day use bathrooms. Enjoyed the fact that there was no litter to be found anywhere. The camp host (I can't remember his name but site 23 was amazing. He introduced himself and briefed us on regulations upon arrival and continued to check In during our stay. It rained heavily while we were there and we had some concerns about the creek but he assured us he would be checking levels all night and would take proper precautions if it got high enough to worry. Overall a good experience!

Camped at Cave Mountain 5-8 May 2020 in a motorhome. The campground and bathhouses are well maintained. The Camp Hosts hustle to keep everything in order. Plenty of space between sites, sites are good size, level with a picnic table and fire ring. A stream runs by or near most sites. Will return if traveling in the area again.
