Nice campground with amenities close by. Campsites are kept clean upon arrival. Checkout time could be extended by an hour or so would help.

We reserve this camping site in the last minute. My family were wanting to have an escape from daily city smoke (Richmond) and it was so perfect! Weβre not expecting to have a such experience! We had a midnight rain wich make it more enjoyable π. Peaceful, clean, organized place and all the people stay were so respectful to each others. We all love it!

This was a beautiful camp. The sites are not too close together, which gives a sense of privacy, especially with the trees between sites. We enjoyed going on two of the beautiful hiking trails around the camp. The bathrooms and showers were very, very clean β so much appreciated!

Beautiful campground in the Virginia mountains. Nice lake all built be the CCC nearly 100 years ago!

We camped with 3 families side by side and had an absolute blast! The bear boxes were amazing and so nice to have a place to store all of our food and supplies. Bathrooms were clean and I loved the individual shower rooms. We will be back.

Lovely camping spot. Trees, shade, beautiful stonework and flat packed sandy soil.
Lots of nice people nearby felt very safe.
Not super quiet with lots of dogs.
But we enjoyed watching other people enjoy the campground.
Nice clean bathrooms. (Bring your own soap)
We hiked and swam in the little lake.

From I- 81 North, take Exit 175 just south of Natural Bridge. Go north on U.S. Highway 11. Turn right at the Natural Bridge parking lot onto Route 130 East. Continue for approximately 4 miles to Natural Bridge Station. Turn right onto State Route 759 and continue for about 3 miles, then turn right again onto State Route 781. Turn left into the recreation area, then bear left at the Y intersection and continue into the campground.
From I-81 South, take exit 180 (left exit) and continue south to Natural Bridge. Turn left onto Route 130 East and continue following the above directions.
