SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!!! And not just a few, I mean ALOT! Big ones! Apparently they fall from the trees. They were all over on the outside of our trailer, on the cars and anywhere else they felt like landing. We didn't notice quite so much the 1st day we checked in, but when we got up in the morning, that was a different story! We had friends stay the 1st night with us but they left early because of them and even quicker after she found one crawling on her! That was it, she was out. We stuck it out for 1 more night. The next morning my husband literally went through more than 1 can of spray and after over 2 hrs of killing them, he said that's it we are out! We never packed up so fast. We had to power wash everything when we got home and get our car and truck right to the car wash. Thank goodness none got inside our trailer. I am now soooooo paranoid of spiders! So we had to cut our camping trip short. Oh and don't expect any refunds, they don't care! The staff there were just very rude people anyways. Too bad, it's a very well kept Campground. Other people left out early cause they couldn't take the spiders either. What a shame. All I know is that I should have read more than a couple of the reviews because this is a huge issue there. BE SMART AND DON'T GO THERE, unless of course you like spiders. Disgusting.

Everything was fine except the horrible infestation of spiders. I am not afraid of spiders but found this level to be disturbing. We swept everything off before leaving but I still kept finding them for three days after arriving home.

The hosts were very informative and nice. The CG was clean and the showers were good. Big shade trees and a nice tidy lawn. We were in spot #58. Directly across from the Tank Farm across the river. I had no idea what a Tank Farm was. A large barge tied up there all night and its engine ran. Something that sounded like a huge generator also ran all night. At about 4 or 5 am the generator shut off and then an alarm that sounds like a back up warning began going off for quite awhile. We just got up and left. I would not stay here ever again despite the nice grounds. I'm sorry to say this as the CG has no control over what goes on across the river.

We picked our site based on pictures online. But, when we got there we had ZERO shade most of the day. Trees had been cut down for safety reasons leaving our pull thru site in the sun most of the day. The camp hosts were awesome and managed to get us into a different site (transferred our reservation on line) to a back in site with plenty of shade. The weather in July was over 105 degrees every day so the shade was very welcome. Nice layout of the park and showers and bathrooms were very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with lots of spiders but we managed.

We liked the large campsites and being on the Snake River. However they have an insane amount of spiders. I’m not one who is normally bothered by spiders but this was over the top. Each morning I would spend twenty minutes sweeping down all the new webs built overnight and killing spiders. When the wind blew they would float out of the trees and into our campsite. For this reason alone we will not be going back

The sites were shaded, the park, sites, restrooms were super clean and the hosts we ran into were super friendly. The only thing I found not perfect was the geese around the roped off swim area. With geese you get poop so wasn't the most desirable place for kids to swim but that is no fault of park.

The sites are very nice and spacious and it's a pretty park. However, the park host is overbearing and over controlling. Don't let your tire be 2 inches over your space - he will be there - don't block the road for 2 minutes while you unload your truck - he will be there (even if there is no one around that needs past). We were a family group with ages from 1-91 - and very good rule followers.....not a bunch of kids that need tending. Watch the water - horrible case of swimmers itch after leaving from all the geese that hang out in the grass/water.
