Wow, this forest is just incredible. I came by myself for a couple of days and had a blast. I was concerned about no internet, but it worked out to be just the thing I needed to unplug and be in the moment. I ran into many other kind faces on the Hoh Trail, but also had a lot of time to myself just taking in the beauty, which was equally great. This is such a special place and the park stewards really do her justice. I felt an unspoken message there to be a good ancestor! Thank you!

It was a nice campground. Sites were spacious. Bathroom was clean. There was a place to wash dishes. The trails were pretty. I would camp here again.

Nicest, newest bathrooms I've ever seen at a campground. B Loop is the best one- lots of old growth trees and private sites. About half of A loop sites are exposed or border other sites with nothing between them for privacy. Site A26 doesn't have any hammockable trees and rangers will come by and ask that you put something between straps and trees if using a hammock. Excellent home base from which to explore the Hoh river trail and trail of mosses. Ranger said that memorial day weekend is their busiest time of the year; wait to get in even with camping reservation was 2 hours.
