Campsite is too close to the other site. You can steal food off thier dinner plate. Neighbor had 3 tents and 8 people. Basically took over the whole area. Loop c folks.

Cool campsite. Surprised that no one has talked about how far it is from everything in Olympic National Park. The road is about 12 miles one way off the main highway - taking about 30 minutes each way - just to get to your campsite. This site is great if you plan on doing more around the Hoh Rainforest, but if your goal is to do things in Olympic NP, I would suggest looking at some other sites.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. I appreciate learning some of the natural history of the Hoh Rainforest, but I wonder if there was history of indigenous peoples in the area that we were not being shown. It could have added greatly to the experience. I trust the rangers to share that kind of information, but I don't know if that's a priority anymore.

This was the absolute best and most private campsite I’ve ever had in a National Park. Even better than my favorite spot at Shenandoah National Park. The tent pad is set back well away from the road and there is vegetation all around for a very private experience. It’s an easy walk across the parking lot to the visitor center and HOH Rainforest hiking trails. The restroom is close, but not too close. I believe this to be the best campsite in the entire park.
