The campground is beautiful and clean. A few sites had way too many campers. They turned the part of the campground near the beach into day use, and they closed off some of it. It is $35 per night, way too much for a site without hookups.

My site was clean and relatively private. Oddly, mine was the only one without a metal food storage box. Vault toilets were in good condition. I never saw a camp host and had no cell service (T-Mobile). The day use access to the lake is minimal; it's mostly a boat ramp with a little extra room for swimmers. The local hiking trails - including the popular Lake Sullivan shoreline trail - were clogged with downed timber, making them difficult if not impossible to hike. There were no notices giving current conditions. I found the campground to be quiet, pleasant, and convenient.

Noisy Creek is located in a beautiful spot on Sullivan Lake. Campsites are large and mostly private. Hiking trails offer views of the lake and Hall mountain. The Mill Pond area is a short drive north and demonstrates the benefit of reclamation of a previously dammed environment. Noisy Creek campground offers a peaceful, less crowded spot as compared to the large campground at the north end of the lake.

Our camp host, Cindy is doing an amazing job keeping everything clean.
This was our 3rd year at Noisy Creek over Memorial Day weekend. Looking forward to next year.

Very well maintained campgrounds. Lots of trees for privacy and well spaced out camp spots. Walking distance to swimming with beautiful nature walks.
