The campground was great, with a few drawbacks. First the good- pit toilets were very clean, being right on the river was awesome, and the campground itself was very quiet and well kept. The not so good- our campsite was much further from the parking space than we thought it would be based on the description. It wasn't quiet a walk-in site, but we had to park a solid 20 or 30 yards from the site which might not have been as big of an issue if we weren't sleeping in our car. The spot was also, I think, a good fishing area, which would have been cool if we were fishing but was decidedly not cool when a handful of dudes kept lurking over into our little river access sight and setting off the alarm that is my dog. Finally, the spot is right next to some sort of electrical building that had ultra bright lights on all night. These for sure would have been more of an issue if we were in a tent but were still pretty annoying from the inside of the car.

Loved our experience! We reserved a spot, didn’t like it, and the host gave us the best spot in the entire campsite. It was right by the creek, somewhat private, and beautiful. We had a propane fire, because of the campfire 🔥 ban. It was a perfect substitute. We loved camping here! The whole campground was well taken care of and clean. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the bathroom. There is only one bathroom spot with two vault toilets. It is a long walk depending on where you are set up, and it is COVERED in flys. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained besides the flys. I highly recommend camping here!

The campground was beautiful. Because it rained on Friday evening and Saturday morning, we didn't have many neighbors, so it wasn't overly crowded. We enjoyed walking around the campground and checking out the river. Rimrock Lake was only a short drive, so we were able to find an open resort and spend most of Saturday there.

I loved my stay at this campground! My site was large, clean and a perfect location! The campground was quiet and the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again but I did note that the sites on the inside of the loop were a bit overgrown and not the best. I definitely lucked out picking my spot!

The campground was great! The hosts were really nice and our site was right on the river. Sites are fairly large. The bathrooms are full of flies, which is just part of it with vault toilets, but I wish they did fly traps or something. There are also many recreational places nearby, like trails and lakes.

We arrived at dusk and went down the wrong drive at first, but the sites were well-marked. We had a lovely deep site by the river. It’s too bad we didn’t get to hang out at the site longer. There was also something like a power station? in the middle of the campground that detracted from the otherwise beautiful area. But, would recommend and would stay again!

- This is a no water facility so campers will need to bring their own supply.
- This facility is pet friendly so long as animals are picked up after and kept on their leashes.
- Most campsites are available for advanced reservations and several are available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Single site fees include 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle. Any additional vehicles are subject to an extra vehicle fee on-site, space permitting.
- ATV / OHVS riding is not permitted within the campground - please limit use to transportation in and out of the facility.
- Prevent the spread of invasive species by inspecting and cleaning packs, equipment and tires before using river or trails.
- Don't Move Firewood: Please protect Pacific Northwest forests by preventing the spread of invasive species. Firewood can carry insects and diseases that can threaten the health of our western forests. You can make a difference by obtaining firewood near your camping destination.
