Absolutely beautiful campground - close to the lake and some campsites even had a view right from camp. Definitely more remote than other options if you are wanting to visit Olympic, but we stayed with the purpose of enjoying the lake and weren’t disappointed. :)

My partner and I stayed here on a Sunday-Wednesday in early July and everything was fantastic. When we arrived on Sunday there was a decent amount of noise from boat activity - but I guess thats what you get when your yurt has a view of the water! The rest of our stay the lake was ultra quiet in comparison (weekdays). Some other reviews mention that the walk-in campsite are pretty close together, and I would agree, but even while surrounded by campsites of families with young kids - this never bothered us. The yurt was very clean and comfortable and we were delighted to be able to purchase firewood (albeit wet firewood) and ice from the camp hosts. They even take credit card! Additionally the restrooms were super clean and having drinking water on tap near our campsite was super convenient. If you bring paddleboards or kayaks - I would recommend launching from the boat launch instead of hauling them from the day-use area like we did.

First time here and I can’t wait to come back. The campsite was clean and beautiful; far enough away from neighbors not to disturb anyone even in a full campground. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our spot and I’ll try to get it again. The spot was Spacious enough to fit all our tents and gear comfortably. Bathrooms were clean and close enough to send the kids on their own and trash cans were plentiful for getting rid of camp trash. The lake was beautiful. I do wish there were a couple more access points to the water that weren’t just the day use and boat ramps spots but not sure if that’s changeable. The hosts were lovely and kind which is always a pleasure.
Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our time at Coho campground. We booked the walk in group site and it was great. Not too far away but isolated enough to be quiet. The site comfortably slept 10 or so people in 4 tents.

This was our first time at Coho campground, I had heard positive things about it word of mouth but it didn’t do this campground justice. The trip was my two daughters’ first time camping in a tent and they not only loved this experience, they asked if we can come back again soon! The facilities were clean (flushing toilets being a big hit!), the water spigots close by were a pleasant surprise and the camp ground hosts were extremely nice and helpful! Even with the water being a little ‘brisk’ it helped cool us down on those hot days we were at camp! We will defiantly be coming back again soon!
