What Guests Are Saying
Walupt Lake Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, well-maintained facilities, and opportunities for hiking, swimming, and fishing, making it a favorite for many campers. The campground is generally quiet, with spacious sites and clean bathrooms, enhancing the overall experience. However, some campers noted issues such as the absence of potable water, rough access roads, and occasional cleanliness concerns in the restrooms, along with a presence of mosquitoes and other insects.

It was a great experience. The only trouble was that the water was shut off by September, which we weren’t prepared for.

Was there the last week it was open. No host and all the water was already shut off, and still had to pay full price. Had fun camping though.

We thought the water/beach access here as well as local hiking made for a great trip.

The campground was excellent and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that campsites that were supposedly "walk in" meaning no reservations had been changed to reserved. We were told this was a decision made by the camp host.
Other than that we had a great time and plan to return.
