There is a lot of gravel road to get to the campground. The lake waters washed all of that away. The camp host kept bathrooms very clean and the hikes were exhilarating. Nights were quiet and cool.

The campground was very clean, and the rangers wer on top of their game; they came through camp making the rounds and were helpful when we had questions. Very quiet for being a full campground. We hiked to the falls and that trail could use a bit of maintenance at the creek crossing, but just beautiful.
Appreciate all the National Forests and the people who keep it safe.

Things I liked: Beautiful lake! Swimming and floating on the water and hanging out on shore. Pleasant, comfortable campsite with parking for 2+ vehicles. Restroom cleaned regularly.
Things I didn't like: Long, rough, gravel road, lots of mosquitos, bring your own water.

Overall, a lovely place for camping, hiking, and kayaking. One suggestion? Please fix the potable (drinking) water supply.
