What Guests Are Saying
Wish Poosh Campground offers a beautiful location with spacious sites and a friendly campground host, making it a pleasant spot for tent camping. Visitors enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and relatively clean porta-potties, despite the absence of running water and some maintenance issues with the vault toilets. While access to the lake can be challenging and some sites are tight, many found their overall experience enjoyable, especially due to the scenic views and minimal bug presence.

Campgrounds were absolutely filthy. It wasn't even just our campsite that was littered with garbage, it was the whole campground. We were willing to overlook that and just clean up our own site, but then found that the whole campground lacked water access. Tried multiple spigots, all dry. Asked the hosts and they just said that there wasn't water and we could go up the road to a natural spring to fill water (which they didn't even know the location of), or we could go back to town and buy water. It's like the hosts were just not doing their jobs inspecting the sites after visitors checked out. Won't be back.

Sites were dirty w tp and garbage throughout campground . None of the reservation tags were updated . Someone was set up in one of my spots on our arrival and stayed until following day causing us to alter plans w rest of group . Host claims not his job to pick up garbage

I'd say going before the height of the season was ideal. It was good weather, but not too crowded.

This is a beautiful campground. The porta potties were a big bummer. When we were there they were almost full to the brim and one of the two toilets was out of tp. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the lack of proper toilets.

We visited Wish-Poosh in early September. Cle Elum Lake was drained, the campground water had been turned off and the bathrooms were closed (porta potties were instead provided). Probably not worth paying full price for a camp ground that only provides dirt to camp on. Could be a cool place to visit if the campground amenities and the lake recreation were available. The host was super nice though.

Everything was great except there was no water supply. Make sure that you carry enough water to drink and wash.

Campground needs a lot of work. Not working bathroom and no fresh water is not common in government campground. Road need works too. I have the impression this campground is about to close and turned into another private development. Explaining why no work is being made to fix the issues
