The park was in incredible shape, everything was freshly mowed and groomed. The bath house was spotless.
Music was being played by several campers throughout the day that was far too loud.
Quiet hours need to be enforced.

The little pond on the property is a good experience for kids. My 8 and 10 year old both caught fish. The little camp store is convenient for odds and ends you may forget to bring, they have firewood for sale as well.

The campground was very nice and the hosts and store lady were excellent. The bathrooms were old but clean. We left 3 days early because of the weather, we were on motorcycles. We turned our passes in at the gatehouse and even though we didn’t tell them we were leaving early we were very surprised to get a refund for the 3 days. This something we did not expect and his has never happened at other campgrounds. Oh, and the gentleman at the gatehouse when we Che led in was very kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

Nice campground with plenty of space between sites.
The bathroom floors were always wet, though.

I stayed one night at Robert W Craig and found it very pleasant. Friendly staff, nice camp store, clean restrooms, warm showers, and level paved sites. A convenient place to camp after hiking to Hoye Crest, the Maryland high point. No issues getting there since I camp in my SUV, but big rigs may have problems with the steep grades and hairpin turns of Route 46 toward Bloomington MD. Good deal for $11 with the "America the Beautiful Pass" discount.

Beautiful campground with very nice hosts. It’s a little bit off the beaten track, but if you’re in the area, check it out!

Beautiful place to camp. The trails were excellent, well-marked, and clean, and many had amazing views along the way. The lake was beautiful and had a great swimming area. The boat ramp and kayak-canoe launching area were very well maintained. All the bathrooms, at the lake, boat ramp, and campground were well maintained.
If you are planning to go to the beach or the boat ramp, you need to have a car. Way too far for walking (and, I would say biking) and you can not take a class A, B, or C to the beach they do not allow it.
