Picnic table top was bent looked like a large tree limb may have fallen on it. Area around back of concrete pad was more sand than grass. Bath house was very clean when I was in it and garbage was picked up everyday. Purchased internet was excellent while outside camper for Iphone, Android was not as good.

Great RV pads. Very peaceful. Owls, whippoorwills and beavers were some of the wildlife. Internet is sketchy.
