We had an amazing time at Bulltown, with one exception someone stole our cooler, we found it and nothing was stolen out of it. It’s not the first time we have something happen like that. Thank you everyone at Bulltown for a great experience

We had a waterfront site with great access for our kayaks. These waterfront sites are beautiful and rare as far as campsites go. The waterfront sites do not have full hookups, so that is a tradeoff, but the shower house is nice and cleaned daily. Bulltown is a great campground in a beautiful setting. Burnsville lake is great for swimming, kayaking, and boating. The one weakness is the WIFI, which is weak and does not work at all on some days.

It’s difficult to park the boat because there are so many large rocks.
You have to purchase WI FI
Otherwise it very clean

This is our favorite campground. The staff is friendly as well as those that run the camp store. We have been coming here for years and the campground has always had plenty for our group to do. We enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, volleyball, basketball, walks around the campground, and the beauty of this lake.

Beware the campsites are squeezed together along the water. The sites provide easy entry into the water. The cell service is terrible and when you pay for the Wi-Fi, it only works when you stand outside the bathrooms. It is pretty though.

We was down wind a good ways from the sewer treatment plant and all we could do is smell the plant daily while sitting outside . I was not informed before booking the trip that the treatment plant was there.

Great place to chill, kayak, swim, fish and campfire cooking. Only issue is inconsiderate campers with bright white led lights or lamps

We always have fun at Bulltown campground. The facilities are well kept and clean. The lake is awesome for fishing, kayaking, boating or just swimming. Lots of recreation equipment for the children and plenty of places to ride bikes. You can visit the old log cabins and farm to see how settlers lived long ago. A must visit is the old battlegrounds to see the history of Bulltown. We love the lake and peacefulness. The only place we camp!
