About Kentuck Lake Campground
Early settlers from Kentucky gave the name to Kentuck Lake. Kentuck Lake Campground is located on the east lake shore of Kentuck Lake in a stand of maple. The 955-acre lake is popular with anglers and has abundant walleye, bass, crappies and panfish. Kentuck lake is connected to Spectacle Lake Campground by a scenic 2.5-mile-long hiking trail.

the host is very knowledgeable about the campground and keeps the bathrooms very clean and you couldnt ask for a better couple to host

We love Kentuck and come for at least one week a year. The only problem we ever have is the mosquitos can be really bad but that’s nature!!!! We use a fogger and that really helps. I do want to comment on the campground hosts. They are awesome. They do a great job keeping the outhouses clean and they are very friendly.

Everything was good. Would be nice if the water on the top of the hill campsites was in working order. Otherwise it was good camping.

Getting There
From Eagle River travel east 13.4 mi on STH 70 to FR2176 (Divide Road). Turn left (north) on FR2176 and continue 2.7 mi to the campground entrance on the left.

Kentuck Lake Campground is accessible via STH 70, approximately 13.4 miles from Eagle River. No interstates or freeways are mentioned within the vicinity.
