What Guests Are Saying
Luna White Deer Campground offers spacious, clean sites with a serene atmosphere, making it a favorite for families and nature lovers alike. The campground features beautiful hiking trails and a peaceful lake ideal for kayaking and swimming, though it can get crowded during peak times. Some visitors noted limited amenities and challenges finding firewood, but overall, the campground is highly regarded for its natural beauty and the quality of experiences it provides.

Nice campground with large level spaces for parking. I was car camping and had plenty of space. Despite being a holiday weekend, the campground was about 80% full and overall quiet. There was some good hiking accessible from the campground. The hikes would be great in the fall when the leaves are changing. Luna Lake was small and did not allow motorized boats. There were several kayakers on the lake. The pit toilets were clean and well supplied. I did find some garbage in my fire pit when I arrived (which I removed and threw away), but other than that the campsite was clean. I would go to this campground again.

Beautiful campground. My family has been coming here for 50+ years. Outhouses were kept clean.

Luna White Deer has been my family's favorite campground since I was a toddler and it never disappoints! The campground is serene, staff is friendly, and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Our best memories have been made here and the quality of our experiences will keep us coming back for years to come. Thank you!

Lakes and trails were beautiful but the campground was very crowded with little privacy. Sites were all very close together with little to no cover. It was also very loud with voices carrying from all over

Wonderful campground. So peaceful and beautiful. Bathrooms were well maintained and sites are far enough apart that you felt like you were the only one there.

Beautiful quiet, no wake lake, with a wonderful couple of loons! We had the best time! Perfect for relaxing and getting away from everyone and everything.

Quiet, private, clean. Swimming area was great. The hike around White Deer was beautiful and the perfect length for hiking with my 4 & 7 year olds.
***Bring your own water!*** It was quite orange with sediment out of the well’s hand pump.
