Callahan Lake Resort & Campground

Great little spot on the lake. Owners are super friendly and they have a great bar with a really nice atmosphere.

You can rent cottages or rent an RV spot. We rented an RV spot and brought our camper.
The cottages are rustic and have cute decor. All cabins have a bathroom, kitchen, living room, one or two bedrooms, and a deck outside.
For camping there is an electric hook up, 30 amp, and spacious sites. There is a spot for getting drinking water for the RV tank and to dump. Also a shower house.
The location is great it reminds me of the movie " The Great Outdoors ". There are no bad views one can see the lake wherever you stay. There is a lodge that you can buy pizza, pop, alcoholic beverages, candy, shirts, jewelry and ect.. Also a game room with a pool table, piano, arcade game and jukebox for music.
There are docks for you to bring your own boat or you can rent a pontoon. Also has a swim beach.

Love this place!!! Been going here for over 10 years and it is a nice camp ground to get away to. Great place to make memories and just enjoy the outdoors of beautiful Hayward, Wisconsin. The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. The people at the site (permanent trailers) are awesome and very welcoming. They have updated slips. I look forward to visiting again!!!

A great campground with a nice boat launch, family orientated setting with fun people and a relaxed atmosphere. They have a nice swim beach with a floating swim platform called the Loose Caboose, Kids love it. We love to just stop in to the bar for a quick drink, pizza or snack. Jan is awesome just to sit and talk with. Love it there. Try it out.

Jan and Rob really make you feel welcome, and part of their family. Cabins are in great shape, and well maintained. I have made this my yearly fishing spot from now on. Couldn't ask for a better resort.
