What Guests Are Saying
Chippewa Campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained environment with friendly camp hosts and clean facilities. Many visitors appreciate the spacious, wooded campsites and the variety of activities available, including fishing and exploring nature. However, some guests expressed disappointment with the condition of the swimming beach and fishing pier, as well as the need for improved maintenance in certain areas. Overall, it remains a popular choice for campers, with many planning to return.

It was a great camping site. Unfortunately, it was very hot, and we left early because of health reasons. But we plan on coming back next summer.

Only stayed one night in my easy farther north, but thought my site a good site (though it was quite awkward to back into; a nearby camper said it's the hardest of the loop to get into). The facilities were a plus with flush toilet & shower.

We struggled locating campground using Google Maps. Should have noted directions on recreation.gov for reservation. Campground is very secluded -- good spot for a multi-day reservation.
