What Guests Are Saying
Grant River Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with stunning views of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunsets. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly atmosphere, as well as the proximity to charming towns like Potosi. However, the frequent train traffic nearby can be disruptive for some campers, especially at night.

Very clean, nicely laid out park. I tent camped but walked all the lanes. The trailer pads were some of the best I’ve ever seen. The river front is beautiful and the sunsets were beautiful. I took a lot of pictures!
The only complaint I have is the railroad runs along the edge of the campground. Trains blowing their whistle as they approach any time day or night.
I plan on camping here again.

On 9/16/2021, I attempted to reserve a tent campsite for the nights of 9/17 & 18. I wasnt able to navigate the web site and accidentally ordered a picnic site for a fee of $25. Immediately I discovered that is not what I wanted, so I cancelled that order which was 0346027793-1. Then I called your number and got help with my campsite reservation. I was very very happy with the way the representative treated me, and completed the $14 site. She immediately cancelled the $25 picnic reservation. However, the $25 has not been taken off my Discover card. HELP!!

It was well kept and very clean shower with great water pressure. Nice view of the river. We will stay there again sometime.

Great campground. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the southwest area of Wisconsin. Only drawback was the trains passing by very closely.

Everything was great for our 1 nighter. Great sites and roads. Except, men's large shower has a dangerous crack in the aluminum seat which could break and cause a bad cut.

This is one of the nicest parks I go to and I have been there numerous times. I one drawback is the railroad and the trains. They are loud and they run all night. In a tent, loud. In an RV or camper, not as bad. Love the view and watching the river traffic. The beer museum (Potosi Beer) in town is cool too. Potosi is a neat little town and has a great Catfish Days during the summer.
