What Guests Are Saying
Grant River Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with stunning views of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunsets. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly atmosphere, as well as the proximity to charming towns like Potosi. However, the frequent train traffic nearby can be disruptive for some campers, especially at night.

THERE WAS A GOAT! It was fun for the kids. The roads are flat. And even my 4 year old could ride his bigger all day with out getting tired. Showers and bathrooms are clean and stocked with paper supplies. Campers are polite and quiet at night time. The trains dont distract and help me to fall asleep. It was a great weekend.

This was the 3d time we stayed for 4 nights at Grant River. We were in site 05, Very Good, 50+ ft. Concrete, good view of river, some shade. We have a 34 ft. 5th wheel. Weather was Beautiful all
week. We will come back!!

The campsite was quiet and the bathrooms were clean. The campsite is very close to a train track, but I didn't notice the train much at night (maybe it didn't run? I don't know). A nice place to stay, and I will go back.

Clean bathroom/showers. Nice size, cement pad site. Beautiful views of the river especially at sunset. Only drawback was the freight trains that went through night and day

The campground was very clean, large paved sites. Didn’t use restrooms as they were old and dingy. View of the river was great. Largest drawback was the constant train traffic, train crossing bells and train horn right through the campground all day and night! Lightning bugs a lot of fun to watch.
