Grant River Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with stunning views of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunsets. My husband & I camped down there in the middle of the week for 2 days. We took our bikes because we enjoy biking at your campground. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The scenery is lovely with the river nearby. The price is reasonable. We will camp down there again for sure.

Love this park. On the Mississippi River with a boat launch. Sites are cement with fire pits. Showers and restroom are clean. There are many things to do in the area including a brewery tour.

Very clean and neat campground. Nice sites! We enjoyed going to Potosi which has a lovely brewery and stores. The river was beautiful in the morning. The trains were fast and noisy but we adjusted to it.

We disappointed in the complete park requiring reservations. We feel that it should return to a couple of loops be 1st come 1st serve.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The campground is very well maintained and the bathroom was clean. Can’t beat the view either!

a great little park- scenic, spacious, nestled on the Mississippi and bordered by the railroad tracks. the rv sites are NOT laid out like match sticks in a box- park is so quiet most of the time it is possible to hear trains on the Iowa side of the River and hear the throbbing of tow boat engines pushing barges up the River. It's a dead end park, so there aren't any "town folk" coming around gawking at those of us staying in the park, which is nice-many other parks have a lot of "drive-thru" traffic.

We stay at Grant River as we break up our trip from central Illinois to Chetek WI in the fall of the year. We love the drive up through south west WI and really enjoy our stay here. The river is so peaceful and the surrounding area is pretty to travel through as we leave the flat lands of central Illinois. Beautiful park and very well maintained. The attendants that we have had the pleasure to work with have been very nice and helpful. Just an enjoyable Wisconsin countryside setting.

This is a very nice campground on the Mississippi River. And if you like trains, it is even better as there is well traveled tracks on both sides of the river. Well kept and clean with a clear view of the area.
