This RV park was a great place to stay and just down the road from Johnson City and close to Pedernales Falls! The amenities are great! Nice pool, hot tub, and playground for the kids. The rv spots were spacious and level. One of the nicest parks in that area from what we could tell!

Very nice campground. We have a 38 foot fifth wheel and requested a pull through, they also have several back in sites. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were booked for 7 days, but we're delayed a day, there was no issue with changing our reservation or getting a refund. There is a game area with pickle ball, corn hole and a variety of other things. Its along the river with fishing access and benches to just sit and enjoy the scenery. We've spent the last two Christmases there and loved every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend Rivers Edge

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We camp for five nights with our two kids and two dogs in our RV. The Amenities are all very nice, Including a very nice park, Pickleball court, Basketball court, volleyball court, chess, and a pool table upstairs. The hot tub is also available for use. We walked down to the river to fish, didn’t catch anything but enjoyed being down there. We were so close to so many things- Pedernales falls State Park, exotic zoo, reptile zoo, Wineries, science Museum, etc. This was the perfect getaway for a family with children!

The only downside was the roads were not paved… Our kids brought their new electric scooters and could not ride them around. I’d recommend bringing bikes instead!

We’ve stayed at a lot of RV parks around the country, and this one is now one of our top favs! True TX hill country, abundant trees and space, on the river, tons of amenities and everything is super well apportioned. The infrastructure is all very professional and visually appealing at the same time. Really love it! Played some pool, pickle ball, and hiked around the park. Gorgeous views. Drove about 6 min to have dinner at a fantastic brewery/winery (it has wine tasting and a classy Venue). Next time we will try out the park’s disc golf course and hot tub!

Rivers Edge Camping Ground is an outstanding place to stay. The entire campground is super clean and incredibly family-oriented, and the park hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Both the pull-through and back-in sites were easy to navigate, and we barely had to level our rig. The sites are perfectly flat, which made setup a breeze.

The location is also a huge plus. You’re just minutes from beautiful state parks, and there are great local spots for wine, beer, and food nearby. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Rivers Edge. Hoping we get the chance to come back again!
