Wonderful campground, we even had an adult elk walk through our campsite. The site was not too hard for us to back in our 25-foot trailer and had plenty of room for our truck. The only issue is that we did get bitten by mosquitos, they were very hungry! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the Grand Tetons NP.

Nice shaded area, close access to Jackson lake, clean flushing restroom. The tent ground is a bit slanted for a 6 person tent. Some site has tent setup foundation with board framing each side and loose pebbles so you can place the tent nice and tidy on top, unfortunately our site does not have it.

Sites in this campground vary quite a bit - some are very private and large and others can be quite close together and tight. Backing into the sites can be a little nerve-wracking as well because of tight turns, and trees. Many trees had scuff marks from vehicles hitting them while trying to park. Our site #18 was very spacious and green and no neighbors in sight. We loved it! Many trees for kids to put up their hammocks and run around. Our issue was with leveling - getting the RV to be level was quite a challenge. Although it does not seem like it, there is quite a slope in the driveway, and it took us several tries and leveling blocks to finally get the job done. Having electric at this particular site was great! Easy walking distance to the coffee shop, restaurant and the marina. Upon leaving, had no line at the dump station or water fill.
