The camp host was very noisy and pushy. She kept the campground very clean but was overly in our business the whole time.

Been coming here for years. Many great campgrounds in Bighorn Mountains, including Sitting Bull.

I made relatively late reservations for Labor Day week and had to move around a bit staying at a site for 3 nights at another for 0ne night and thence to the final site for the next five days. Crystal, the camp hostess, made an adjustment so that I did not have to move to the site for the single night.
The campground and toilets were clean and neat and Crystal was frequently either driving her cart around or walking the campground interacting with the campers.
The sites were spacious and well set up even for the largest units and there was reasonable privacy between the sites. The areas around the grills, firepits and tables are bordered by 4 x 4 and filled with fine gravel including an "entrance walkway" from the parking site.
All in All this USFS campground is a very nice location ...and it is inexpensive !

Sitting Bull is a great campground. Nice sites, spaced far apart and easy to get into. The HOSTS are fabulous. Rained while there but was so beautiful. The meadow is exceptional and easy to walk and access the creek. Having fresh water is a great amenity. Had a very nice time. Website was easy to reserve our sites.

Other than listening to about a thousand domestic sheep wander around about 300 yards away for hours in the morning and evening - very nice experience

We have been camping at Sitting Bull Campground every year for the past 35 years. Enjoy this campground very much. Sites are spacious and easily accessible to back into. We have experienced several hosts, but Marty and Crystal this year are exceptional. Maintained grounds very well, and handled situations in an excellent manner. We would like very much to have them return. Love the BigHorn Mts, and plan to return to Sitting Bull again.
Thankyou,
Larry and Ardyth Helmer

The new camp hosts at Sitting Bull are very efficient and are doing a wonderful job! We've been going here for years and they are vey good at their job. No one in the past several years has cared as much about their work as they do. They enjoy their work & it is obvious!

Campground hosts are courteous and helpful. Latrines are clean and maintained. Firewood was plentiful, good quality and reasonably priced. This is one of our favorite campgrounds in all the Bighorns. The campsites are well spaced and easy to get into and out of. Location of the campground is central to most of the activities our family enjoys. We highly recommend this campground to our friends.
