I would never stay in space 01. We had multiple people walk right through the middle of our camp to get down to the water. Way too many people for us. Much better places to stay in the Big Horns.

Very small campground at the end of a dirt road. Right on West Tensleep Lake. Beautiful. Good hiking trails and close to the wilderness boundary. Deb, the campground host, is very nice and keeps a clean restroom and camp.

Beautiful, small and quiet campground by a lovely lake. Easy access for several great day hikes into the Cloud Peak Wilderness. Sites are not large, but nicely shaded. Clean facilities.

Beautiful little campground, probably the most quiet I’ve ever experienced. All the other campers were very respectful, even those with kids and dogs. Access to the lakeshore is easiest at site #1, but we were at site #5 and found that the shore was a short walk downhill from there. Sites are spaced well apart, vault toilets super clean, and a friendly, attentive camp host made rounds every morning. The hiking trailhead for the many area trails is within walking distance down the NFS road.

Beautiful, compact campground at the end of the gravel road. Only way to go from here is up a trail to some beautiful lakes (Helen, Marian, Mistymoon, Lost Twins). Outhouses are clean. The campsites vary in size - usually one or two tents apiece. Great access to the lake. One important note: If you would like firewood, you need to pick it up from the camp host at Island Park campground (or Deer Park campground?) on your way up to the campground.

Beautiful campsites (We stayed at site 007) but all sites are well laid out. Quiet campground with the cleanest restrooms I’ve ever used on Forest Service areas. Camp Host was very friendly and informative. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Great campsite and facility overall! Was there the final few days of reserved season, so pretty quiet with very little activity in the campground. Only suggestion would be to identify that the host is not at the same location. In this case, the host was at a lower location several miles back down the mountain. You don't learn that until you arrive and go to the reader board. Otherwise was left alone and enjoyed our trip. Site was clean, and table and fire ring were in good condition.
