About Prune Creek

Prune Creek Campground is located along the Bighorn Scenic Byway (U.S. Highway 14) near the Burgess Junction at an elevation of 7,700 feet. The Bighorn National Forest offers a wide variety of activities, including hiking, fishing, scenic driving and a number of historic sites. We had a great stay at this campground! The bathrooms were kept very tidy, which made a big difference in our comfort. The campground itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host was very attentive and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. Overall, a very pleasant experience — we’d definitely come back!
