Great campground! Beautiful site and moose sightings every day. The bathroom/toilet was kept very clean, which we really appreciated. Our only complaint was the noise from the ATVs on the trail across the creek and traffic noise from the mountain road.

Nice campground set beautifully along the north bank of Prune Creek. Unfortunately, the camp sites are rather close to each other for an open lodgepole forest with no understory. Worse, our site (5) was so close to Hwy 14 that road noise -- which only abated 10pm-5:30am -- regularly disrupted the serenity. Granted, we were in a tent, but connecting with nature rather than traffic noise is much of the point of tent camping. That said, the highlight of our stay was watching a bull moose in velvet pick his way slowly along the south bank of Prune Creek while browsing on willow.

Great spot in the bighorn wilderness. Try to get a site next to the river if possible.
