Is was really easy to book! The campsite was beautiful and peaceful! The campground is right off the highway but you don’t notice the traffic. Most of the traffic was in the morning when people started to head out to their activities. You do notice the creek that runs along the campground! We were lucky and had a moose in the creek and then she was in the willows right next to our campsite. The campsites are nicely spaced, have picnic tables and fire pits. The bathroom is just a little walk and was really clean! Recommend this campground to anyone! There is so much to do in the Big Horns. We rented a wheeler from Elk View lodge for a day. Covered a lot of ground that day. We also did a lot of hiking on the many trails there. We also spent a lot of relaxing time in our hammocks. We did go to the visitor center to get a map of the hiking trails but they were out. I would recommend ordering one before you go.

It is a really nice campground, clean toilets, nice camp hosts and the creek runs right along the campground with plenty of fish to catch. There are ATV trails within walking distance and we took advantage of them and hiked. The highway is a little noisy during the day but quiets down at night. We have stayed here twice and plan to again.

My favorite campground. One of the most beautiful settings I’ve come across in the National Forrest System. Besides that, bathroom facilities are always clean and the camp hosts are friendly and efficient. I camp there often and I never had a bad experience.

This is a great little National Forest campground. It is on a small river with lots of pine trees. It is very scenic. The place was kept in very good condition. Bathrooms were cleaned daily. There is some daytime traffic noise from the highway which runs near the campground.

It is a wonderful campground, a bit close to the highway though and the noise can be terrible. Camp hosts were awesome
and helpful and friendly couple.
