Indian Creek Campground is praised for its beautiful and quiet setting, surrounded by trails and offering a sense of privacy with well-maintained sites. Camp hosts are friendly and helpful, ensuring cleanliness throughout the campground, including the vault toilets. While some visitors experienced noise disturbances from other campers and noted the lack of showers, the overall atmosphere is tranquil, making it a great spot to enjoy the natural beauty of Yellowstone.

We were there opening day for the season. Staff had clearly been working on tidying up downed branches from winter storms etc and hadn’t quite finished when we arrived, but by day two… everything was great. Best smelling pit toilets seen to date.

It's Yellowstone NP so, not much needs to be said but the campground has a nice little loop with sites that has a little more privacy than I think is typical of NP campgrounds. (They tend to pack in the sites). Bathrooms were clean, the garbage and recycling bins were easy to reach but out of site of the campground. And the surrounding area with Gardner River and Obsidian Creek make for several excellent short hikes nearby.

Restful experience. Campsite was quiet. Although this camp has minimal extras, sometimes simple is best.
