Just bring your bedding, towels + food, and anything else you could need is here for you! Our camper is stocked (and cleaned) with non-toxic cleaners + soaps and an essential oil diffuser (+ oils!) for fresher indoor air (usable with electric hook-up). It has all the dishes + utensils + pots/pans/kettle + french coffee press you could need (help reduce waste!), but also has paper goods for those nights you just don't want to do dishes. The little outdoor 2-burner stove offers cooking in the open air. Also included are a huge outdoor mat, pop-up outdoor trash can + trash bags, 
2 camp chairs, basic tools, first aid kit, pest control products...and even koozies to keep your bevvies cold. Double bunkbeds will thrill the kids (2 little ones can fit per bunk!), the dinette transforms into an almost full bed, and there's a queen bed up front. Beds have waterproof protectors on them, so you just bring sheets / blankets and towels. Stocked with Scrabble, dominos, playing cards, family-friendly DVD's. This trailer sleeps 5 adults comfortably (or 6-8 if kids / you snuggle up). It has roof A/C, heater, radio, electric awning, shower, toilet, microwave (usable only with electric hookup), stove, water heater (usable only with electric hookup), and more. Total length is 27 feet, but box itself is 24 feet. * No electric hookup at site? Gasoline-powered electric generator can be provided for $40 / night, with enough gas in it to run a few hours each day. ***PLEASE NOTE: the A/C will ONLY work if you are on an electricity hookup. It will not work off the generator*** * Cleaning: you do basic cleaning yourself of taking trash + all food out, cleaning toilet and sinks...and then we sanitize on top of that. (If we find this basic cleaning has not been done, we will take $100+ from your deposit.) **No pets or smoking. **ONLY use provided RV Toilet Paper in toilet...NOTHING else. ($500 fee if black water tank is clogged) Post-Trip Fees Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
