RV overview

Our beautiful spacious trailer is perfect for family and friends looking for a fun getaway. The home-away-from-home sleeps 5 people comfortably (6 if it's children). We have 2 TVs (1 in the living area & 1 in the bedroom), 1 super slide , and outdoor kitchenette (burner & sink). Our ready to go travel trailer is equipped with master queen bedroom, Jack-n-Jill full bathroom, a large dinette table (seats 6) that converts to a bed for 2 adults, sofa that folds down to sleep 1 adult (2 children), 2 rocking chairs, power awning, and a stereo/DVD player with indoor outdoor speakers, 52 gallon fresh water tank, dual propane tanks, dual batteries for dry camping and more. The unit is ultra light so can be easily towed with any 1/2 ton truck, or SUV's. No Burning Man, please don't ask. If we are delivering the rental, please check the park rules where you are staying. Some parks have rules against RV rental deliveries. If we deliver to a park and are turned away, all delivery fees and 1 night rental fee will be charged. Please include type of towing vehicle and towing experience. I have a 3 night minimum. Please reach out if you have any questions about the unit. List of items included in your rental.   Standard set-up includes • Sewer hose • Potable water hose • Electrical cord • Receiver hitch with sway bar • TV with DVD/ in front living and smart TV in bedroom • Radio/CD • Basic kitchen utensils - spatula, tongs, oven mitt.  mixing spoon, measuring cup, measuring spoons  knife, whisk, and can opener • Dish drainer • Cutting board • Swiffer and vacuum • Frying pans, medium pot,  large pot and drink pitcher • Basic fitted sheets for bedroom along with a comforter • Wheel chocks • Extension cord • Hand crank for levelers and electric drill • Leveler blocks • Indoor Trash can • Outdoor mat and indoor mat • Shower mat • Coffee pot Some cooking seasoning stocked Here is a list of suggested items you may want to bring on your trip that are NOT included: • Lighter • Flashlights/lanterns • Firewood (please follow camping state guide lines) • plates, cups, flatware • camping chairs • cooler • pillows and bed linens • towels / wash cloths / kitchen towels • SINGLE PLY  RV approved Toilet Paper (any other can clog system resulting in damage and fees) • Picnic table cloths and clamps • Cards/board games/ dvds *there is toilet paper stocked for emergencies. If package is opened, you must replace or will be charged a $10 restocking fee. *extra charges may be included: • Propane- tanks will be full at check out. If not returned full, charge is $6 a gallon to replace. • Grey water and black water- tanks will be empty at check out. If not empty upon return, there is a $40 service charge. • Cleaning fee- trailer is cleaned prior to check out. If not clean upon return, there is a $55 cleaning fee.
